I'm Summer Wheatley — fractional Executive Assistant, founder of The Summer Associate, and the person standing between your most valuable asset (your time) and everything trying to take it.

I've spent 25+ years in administration and executive support, working across corporate litigation, technology, SaaS, and nonprofit environments. For the last five years, I've focused exclusively on C-suite support — serving as a dedicated EA to Chief Revenue Officers, Directors of Operations, and senior leaders who needed more than task management. They needed a trusted partner who thinks several steps ahead, operates with complete discretion, and takes ownership of outcomes — not just tasks.
